Carson Gainey

Carson Gainey, a Youngstown Ohio native, wrestled as a prep at Youngstown Ursuline where he placed in the Ohio State tournament. From there Carson went on to wrestle at Ohio University.

His drive for competition led him to the sport of MMA. Carson has competed for most of his career out of his weight class taking on all comers at 135 and 145 lbs. Gainey has continued to be involved in the sport of wresting as he is an assistant coach at Roger Bacon High School in Cincinnati, OH. Carson’s goals are to compete in the Flyweight division in national organizations and most importantly to compete against quality competition.
